The company reserves the right to admit users and remove them from the premises of the ski center based on misbehavior or problems that, in the company's judgment, could cause a possible risk to the life of the user and/or other skiers and/or property belonging to the company or third parties or based on their failure to comply with the company's safety regulations. Because the ski center is located high up in the mountains, the total or partial closure of the lifts or the trails without prior notice, due to weather conditions, safety reasons and/or any other cause not attributable to the company, will not entitle the user to any claims or reimbursements.
The breakdown of medical coverage for ski accidents is available for users at the ticket office. Said coverage is limited to ski accidents that take place within the limits of marked and authorized trails. The rescues carried out by the safety personnel outside the limits of the trails will be paid for by the skier. Users must comply with all the instructions given by the company's staff. Purchasing any pass from the company implies that the user is aware of and accepts the general conditions, which can be modified by the company at any time and without prior notice and are available on our website and at the ticket offices.
