PATAGONIAN FLAVORS

Date to be confirmed

The Seven Lakes Region will host a four-day food festival featuring the products and traditions of Patagonian cuisine.

In August, Villa La Angostura will become the region's culinary mecca with the "Sabores Patagónicos" (Patagonian Flavors) festival.

Past seasons, Juliana López May, Rodrigo Toso and Paula Méndez Carreras had been the guest chefs and will be paired with local resident chefs. There was lunches at the Cerro Bayo refuges and tastings and dinners at the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in Villa La Angostura.

Once again, this year Villa La Angostura and Cerro Bayo will be the headquarters of "Sabores Patagónicos", which will be hosted by remarkable guest and local chefs.

At lunchtime, the Cerro Bayo Ski Boutique refuges —Altitud, Mapu and Imperial Point— will offer quick gourmet dishes with regional products, ideal for a break in your day on the mountain. The dinners, on the other hand, will be four-course menus at Villa La Angostura's best restaurants.
